Rep Soccer - Registration Deadline, March 3 6, 2010
Rep soccer is competitive, full-sided soccer for players born in 1998 or earlier. Teams are formed from two or three year age groups – U13 (98/97), U15 (96/95), U17/18 (92/93/94). Depending on the availability of coaches, Rep teams generally practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting the first week after Spring Break. Games are on weekends and in some cases during the week. Teams generally enter three to four out-of-town tournaments. Players are responsible for travel and accommodation expenses. The Rep program requires commitment on the part of the players and assistance from parents for things such as making travel arrangements for competitions and assisting with organization of home games.
There are separate teams for boys and girls. Rep Teams will be formed only if there are sufficient players and coaches. The number of kids accepted on a team is limited. This means that there may be an assessment by the coaches to determine the suitability of the player for the program. (Refunds will be given should a team not be formed or should a player not make a team.) Players on the rep teams are not guaranteed playing time.
Rep Soccer Fee - $200 per child Rep fees are non-refundable after the third weekend in April.
