By registering and paying online, you will lessen the volunteer time required to process registrations.

Need a tax receipt for 2009 soccer? Send an email to info@cvrec.ca. Include your name and child's name and a receipt will be emailed back to you.
Mail-in registration is possible. Download Registration form below. Make cheque payable to CVYS and mail to CVYS, Box 11, Invermere, BC VOA 1K0. Payment must accompany form and be postmarked by the Registration Deadline.
