Welcome to Endeavor Fitness. We are here to provide you with the knowledge and coaching necessary for you to achieve a higher level of health and fitness. Ultimately, YOU are responsible for the results that are obtained. We provide you with the accountability, equipment, knowledge and instruction to make your efforts as safe and rewarding as possible. In order for us to keep you moving in the right direction, certain expectations must be met.
We offer instruction using Crossfit methodology. This training is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on intensity, resulting in greater work capacity. Plyometrics, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and cardiovascular activities are all part of the programming and it is entirely scalable to suit the fitness level of each client. Depending on your goals, we will make recommendation on how much training you should undertake and dietary needs.
Endeavor Fitness strives to be a results driven gym. We invest the time in our clients to see that they succeed, we ask that you be as motivated as we are. You get out of it what you put in. Hard work is the only permanent way to results! We will do our best to provide you with suitable programming within the parameters of our specialization. Your commitment is a mandatory for us to coach you effectively.
Classes and Groups
- Group Classes offer personalized training to a maximum of six clients per group. Choose between, twice a week, three times per week or unlimited. (Depending on availability)
- Circuit Classes consist of a maximum of 15 clients per class and runs twice a week. This is a great beginner general fitness class.
- Nutritional Planning including one hour information session, shopping list, portions, body fat test, measurements and follow-up assessment.
- Body Fat test - $10.00
